The remains of a well defined stone circle situated at SE 02996399.It is comprised of three upright stones, set on edge, and two other stones broken off at ground level all of which appear to be set on a slight earthen bank. No indications of a second stone circle can now be traced as the surrounding area appears to have been cleared of stone and heather since his survey. (2) The remains of a stone circle,10.0m. in diameter, centred at SE 02986399 on a slight SE facing concave slope. (See enlargement at 1/250). The site is covered with dense heather but probing in the N. revealed one stone 'f' recumbent beneath the peat. Several large fallen stones in the centre of the circle may be the missing stones.
